    摘要:

    利用数字控制方式实现并联UPS间可靠均流具有重要的应用价值。文中通过对并联UPS环流功率模型分析,建立起N台并联UPS的环流有功功率、无功功率与逆变器输出电压幅值、相位间的量化调节关系,并采用DSP两级锁相、再调制方法,实现单相UPS输出电压幅值及相位的精确控制,从而达到准确均流目的。本设计具体以TMS320LF2806芯片、CAN通讯总线为控制核心,实现了单相4kVAUPS的并联控制,实测均流效果良好。

    Abstract:

    It is very useful for UYS parallel operation using digital load current-sharing control technique.After detailed analysis of the circulation power model in a UYS parallel system with N modules,a series of equations are built,which describe the relationship between the circulation current active power and reactive power and the amplitude and phase of UYS output voltage.Further more,two-level phase-locked technique and re-modulation technique for DSY frequency control is introduced to realize the precise and effective regulation on output voltage amplitude and phase for a UYS module.Thus a good load-sharing effect is achieved accordingly.In the end,a parallel UYS system with two 4kVA modules is built,which uses TMS320LF2806 DSY and CAN communication bus as core techniques.The performances of load-sharing using circulation power control method are validated by expenments.
