    摘要:

    针对双有源桥DAB(dual-active-bridge)DC-DC变换器输出功率受变换器运行损耗的影响,对考虑开关器件损耗的DAB变换器输出功率进行特性分析。首先,根据DAB变换器不同工作模态与开关器件的工作特性,建立了双重移相调制策略下的开关器件损耗模型;然后,利用该模型推导出考虑开关器件损耗情况下的输出功率分布,并分析了该输出功率的特性,与理想输出功率相比,考虑器件损耗下的最大输出功率点向损耗偏小的方向发生了偏移,偏移趋势与开关器件的参数有关;最后,搭建了实验平台进行验证。实验结果证明了最大输出功率点偏移趋势的准确性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the effects of operating loss on a dual-active-bridge(DAB) DC-DC converter, the characteristics of output power from the DAB converter were analyzed considering the switching device loss. First, according to different operating modes of the DAB converter and the operating characteristics of switching devices, a model of switching device loss under the dual-phase-shift modulation strategy was established, based on which the distribution of output power considering the switching device loss was derived. In addition, the characteristics of the output power were analyzed. Compared with the ideal output power, the maximum output power point considering the device loss was shifted to a direction along which the loss was smaller, with the offset trend related to the parameters of switching devices. Finally, an experimental platform was built to conduct the verification, and experimental results verified the offset trend accuracy of the maximum output power point.
